About Us
The Fraternal Order of Eagles #1047 was founded in Gilberts, Illinois in 2006. Prior to 2006, we were located in Elgin, Illinois opening in 1904. We are a private social club, that requires a yearly membership fee. We rely on our membership volunteers to make our club a success. We donate yearly to the following charities: Shop with a Cop, Special Olympics, and our Grand Aerie Charities. We have Dinner/Dances for our Members for: New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, & St. Patrick's Day. We have our Annual Family Picnic in July, our Annual Golf Outing in September, and Oktoberfest in October. Some other events include Chili Cook-Off, Kentucky Derby Race and Superbowl Party, Member Christmas Party-Adults, Kids Christmas Party which is free and kids under 12 receive a gift from Santa and Lunch our Halloween Party and Bus-trips to see the Cubs.
We have a great area outside to sit and relax. Bring your horseshoes or bags.
We also have a large fire pit area. Bring your fixin's for Smores!

Host your next event with us in one of our freshly painted upstairs banquet room, or in the lower level Aerie Room.
Every Wednesday we play Lightning. This is our version of Bingo. We start at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Occasionally we have a dinner special which starts at 5:30 P.M. and price range is between $5.00 - $8.00. We also have Bar food available; Burgers, Pizza, Tenders, Great Cheese Curds & More.

Wednesday open to public 5:00-8:00 p.m.
Thursday: Open 3:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.
Friday: 3:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. Open to public 5:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. for FISH FRY

Our hours can change at any time. Non Members require appointments other than Wednesday or Friday. Appointments are needed to view rental spaces.

For new applicants, there is a $25.00 one time application fee. Yearly dues are $60.00.
